So far it is a fast paced work environment. You gotta be able to land on your feet and really hit the ground running. NO hand holding, but I wouldnt have it any other way.

Cons

Little training, but this a place for professionals so not really a big con. Starbucks and Petes coffee machines are really good.

They had a fixabe way to met the requirment from customer, It will be able to get huge improvement for you if you want.

Cons

So far. it's not very professional, they are still in progressing. I belive they will get more and more improvement during their evolution.
