Company culture is terrible. They expect you to work overtime but don't realize how little they pay

Benefits is really good in Taiwan. The environment of it is also good. The place is convenient by taking MRT system.

Cons

You usually have to work over time every day. The salary is not good if you have no experience. Managers are bureaucrats.
