      Pros

      Nice people there, don`t pay too much focus on experience and giving new arrivals time to fit in.

      Cons

      The competition is fierce. Staff are busy and you can`t except someone come along to teach or help you.

      Pros

      Technology and innovation oriented, great people inside the company. You have the chance to see how one of the core industry is shaping from now on. Shift to more design orientated.

      Cons

      Sometimes I got the feeling that the company skimps on investing in people, especially if they are not in the R&D department. Someone coming from humanities might feel it is too technical.
