      You can learn many advanced technologies of PC industry, make many good friends, be familiar with hard working environment, and make some money.

      Cons

      You will encounter unfair performance review, unfair job position promotion, unclear job arrangement, unwillingly over hour work, and political competition.

      Pros

      they are very professional, and develop very good product. And working environment is awesome. Also, they have swimming pool, gym, and very cheap restuant inside.

      Cons

      Working time is a bit long, but worthy. The living price in Taipei city(headquarter) is quite high. But, this is a good company
