Job security. Excellent products and industry leading engineering. Friendly and calm culture of people at local, regional and global levels, who are generally supportive of one another.

Cons

Systems and processes have become incredibly bloated as the business has grown, with more and more regional governance and stakeholders involved unnecessarily. What once felt like an autonomous and agile company at a local level - a big advantage over competitors - now feels highly convoluted and consequently a little demoralizing for those with experience.
