Pros

Decent pay and unlimited overtime if you like money! Good benefits, health insurance, and 401 k are useful!

Cons

Where to start at? First, the union is useless like a lion with no teeth! It's a sad joke!Second, you've inexperienced, clueless management that doesn't know what they're doing and endangering workers due to their actions !Plus management is quick to throw you under the bus when issues arise! They don't care about the well being of the workers! If you get into any incident or accident at the job, kiss your chance of getting promoted goodbye!
