Good for awhile, but it's a mess now

Pros

Solid benefits, so far I have had very good direct managers and co-workers. Good PTO.

Cons

Prior to May, I would not have had many other than the endless meetings, but the layoff disguised as return to office has been an absolute mess. Combine this with additional re-orgs and changes all done at the same time in a haphazard manner and morale is awful. Plus, it has been done in a very deceitful manner. To employees, RTO is about 'culture', To the media/Wall Street, this is about cutting the workforce by forcing people out who will not or cannot relocate. In short, it's a mess.

Pros

You can learn from mentors who have spent a lot of time in a role or organization

Cons

Just check the stock price. I’m not even sure executive leadership knows what can save the company at this point. Directionless and recent return to work policies have made it a cultural wasteland

You don’t matter. You are a nameless, faceless drone who is easily replaceable.
