Pros

Pay, bonuses, work from home

Cons

Horrible management, horrible sales ethics, they will teach you to sale to people who can barely pay their bills, and push sales on employees making the job stressful, they find a way around the union and fmla paperwork that is clearly valid the hours are okay, but not really any Flexibility for parents and or students

Pros

great pay for an entry level opportunity, tons of ways to get extra money, great benefits

Cons

- extremely hard to transfer departments - can only get promoted if you remain in call center - they say that expressing interest in other opportunities within the company is encouraged but it isn't and management will not help you get there no matter how great your performance is -requesting time off outside of PTO is a circus, they expect you to never get sick and work however long they tell you too. -there is no work/live balance, you work longer than your scheduled 8 hours, they give you mandatory overtime at the drop of a dime - the turn over for call center employees is ridiculous, they are consistently loosing good talent because we are stressed, over worked and underpaid

Pros

They give you a company car, phone, tablet, scanner, uniforms

Cons

Management is horrible. The company lies and builds up the roll by making it a “management” position. Honesty isn’t a principle at AT&T Good luck getting any solid advice from your manager On-boarding is horrible Training is horrible
