Here are some of the best reasons to work for att is the benefits, the rate of pay, and vacation time.

Cons

Too much micro managing going on and the union is not the strongest but, i guess its should get better over time.

Pros

The compensation is great, management seems to truly care about customers, and management is also very competent about the services, duties, and overall roles.

Cons

The only downside is the working environment (the position gets 'bored' quite quickly; assumable that this results because it is an internship so it is understandable.
