Pros

AT&T is a great company to work for. The culture is very friendly and management is your biggest cheerleader. They follow path-goal leadership. The reward is there and they’ll layout the path for you. They help you grow and get you where you want to be. I develop my soft skills everyday. I am PT right now and get benefits, 401K. The culture is great and the people are awesome. They really work with you if you’re attending school still.

Cons

Possible challenges are meeting monthly goals, just like anything else, some months are good others you struggle. Nothing to complain about though

Pros

Company provided device. Discount on wireless and TV services. Opportunity to learn new technologies. Tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Integrated Solutions Consultant is described as providing a White Glove Experience to customers for a great customer experience, but is really only a glorified door-to-door sales position. Vacations can be canceled last minute due to your leadership not planning ahead and letting employees carry balances to the end of the vacation calendar year.
