Pros

Good pay if you're skills are matched with your position and you like forced overtime or no overtime. Good job if you can multi task a lot of different priorities at once.

Cons

Weather work although some jobs require it. Excessive micro management by some level 2 upper managers, poor inter company communications, lack of needed or promised training, lack of proper support equipment or hand tools. Company nepotism, complicated access to job opportunities and not sufficient time to perform them, management scare tactics, management favoritetism among workers. managers not qualified for their position, no accountability, no knowledgable leadership, no quality control. Pros

Good company to work for. However, it is not the same as it was when I started 16 years ago. If you work hard you will get rewarded.

Cons

You give your life to the company. In mobility you work 24hrs a day 7 days a week even on vacations if you are in the engineering department.
