Pros

Pay & benefits are competitive, however you will earn every penny and then some!!

Cons

No employee appreciation! This company is not at all concerned with retaining customers. Bad customer service. Outrageous objectives, often unattainable. No sense of pride by employees working at AT&T. SBC is no longer. Soon AT&T will be too.
