Pros

Great benefit package (but I think that this is changing this year). They pay you when you sell it, so you don't have to wait to get paid.

Cons

The performance plan is terrible. you are grouped in with other reps from different markets and they are all lumped in together and compared. There is no releif for delinquent or claim accounts(ie if a business did not pay or the business did not authorize the sale and the rep that sold the account the year before is no longer withthe company then they "rotate' those accounts out to the reps that are left and you start the canvass with negative numbers and ther is no equitible thought process on the rotatin of those accounts and this is not taken into consideration for the performance plan...

Pros

Innovative, competitive product line, fair compensation

Cons

No balance between work and personal life, there are a great number of redundancies, and the size of the company prohibits fluid communication between departments
