Pros

Decent pay and company cell phone. No wonder why they hire mostly college students and high school grads. There are better jobs out there!

Cons

Management is horrible and is very inconsistent. Many managers are incompetent and cannot follow up with escalations for customers. Bad outweighs the good!

Pros

Great selection of phones, opportunity to learn current technologies, decent benefits, average salary, not much else.

Cons

Terrible leadership. Management is clueless, managers who have no experience in the business channel trying to manage staff who are very experienced. Very poor planning, and no idea how to conduct business to business sales.

Pros

Some opportunity for growth if you are looking for a long-term career with cell phones. In corporate AT&T the benefits are good and vacation time is pretty generous.

Cons

Management is very strict and restricted on what they can do. It is hard to escalate issues and get them resolved in a timely manner. Customer service lines are never helpful and make the job much harder than it has to be.
