Pros

a good company to work with, many opportunities, fair pay, friendly environment, good benefits like vacation days, fair medical coverage, etc

Cons

It uses a lot of vendor products, the knowledage will become narrower and narrower if staying in one position for a long time

Pros

Pay is competitive - pension is a plus - depending on which group there could be a lot of autonomy

Cons

cyclical layoffs, no downward employee communication, no managment strategy based in reality - attrition based career progression policies are laughable

Pros

the free cell service IS AWESOME.

Cons

no room to be promoted bc the Assistant Manager(ASM) position is locked down by people who don't want to move upward. This position is the gateway position within the company and no new people can experience it.
