Pros

It paid the bills. Benefits

Cons

AT&T does NOT care about their customers or employees. Dont let the size of the company fool you. They are laying off most of their USA agents and contracting the work to offshore agents from sales to customer service. No matter how long you've been with the company you're out! The customers are suffering because of this...it's sad. They are strictly a profit driven company and would do ANYTHING to make or save a dollar and TRY to stay ahead of the competition. ..But their products are subpar that's the sad but funny part. They keep adding more and more...buying up the competition but not improving what they already have...?!?!....REALLY!

Pros

Pays well and weekly, coworkers are pretty cool, hours are good, inbound calls only, works around school schedule, decent support

Cons

Little to no training, strict rules, angry guests, only 20hrs off a year (unpaid), long calls that can prolong clock out time, confusing and glitchy computer system
