Flexible working hours, can work from home Not a very high pressure job, good work-life balance Can stay under the radar and be unproductive if you are so inclined

Cons

No opportunities for career growth whatsoever Very poor pay and perks for those who joined recently Senior management do not inspire or show any leadership or foresight

Pros

Most customers are nice, certain amount of freedom (for now).

Cons

The company does not care about you as an employee, you are just someone to earn management more money thru bonuses or whatever. Job continues to worsen as time goes on (on a monthly basis at this point)

Pros

Job security as funny as it may sound. If you are in the right job at the right location, you're set.

Cons

Constant never ending barrage of crap from upper managers who have no experience and insist on micro-managing to the most extreme level. The local managers have all just given up or given in, it is a downright shame what the current corporate raiders have done.
