Pros

Lots of learning opportunities. They will pay for your education and any kind of management or work-related training or education you want. They also actually make changes based on employee feedback if enough people speak up. And they do a pretty good job of keeping employees informed of big business changes even if it means your job will go away. They give a good amount of notice beforehand and support you all the way thru the surplus process.

Cons

You never know when your job might be in jeopardy. It does not matter how hard you work or how much dedication you put in for this company, they may decide a new business direction that will put your job in jeopardy, and you will be laid off or asked to move without move assistance.
