High level and good environment

Pros

AT&T is demanding, but it can not be otherwise at high level. The environment in Brno has a czech "touch", which - for my tastes - creates a great environment which mitigates the pressure, normally part of the job, mostly for a NOC or customer technical support role

Cons

I have nothing to complain about
