Pros

Great benefits, values work-life balance, good discounts, progressive socially, lately spending more time developing employees and helping them with their career paths, pays for school.

Cons

Doesn't adjust salary when you've been there for awhile (new employees make more than long-term employees), very process driven and slow to innovation changes within the company.

Pros

been here since 2000, and boy has it changed. pay is good; i have great flexibility and have for a decade (hours, telecommute, etc.) which makes it awesome, but that is very dependent on which team you're a part of and leadership is always trying to take that away and get you sitting in a cube (or worse) even if you don't work with anybody else in that office, so it could change. Your experience will vary tremendously based on your supervisor/team.

Cons

typical huge company cons... very time-consuming and complicated to get anything done, get used to endless conf calls with a lot of participants for every project you work on. benefits are bad, and get worse (more expensive) every year... i pay what seems an enormous amount out of pocket for medical for a family, and the deductible is so huge i avoid going to the doctor still because its all out of pocket if it's not a physical... this may be typical for huge companies, but compares horribly to my peers at tech companies or smaller companies focused on attracting top employees.

Pros

Payroll was consistently on time.

Cons

Poorly managed, huge, highly bureaucratic company. Long on promises .but short on delivery regarding employees.
