Pros

Decent pay, not much work if that's your goal, mostly chill except when arbitrary deadlines roll around. Nice people.

Cons

Horrendous leadership, stagnant company resting on it's laurels. Zero interest in owning any software, offloads more and more to third parties and contractors every year. As if it hates expertise. Consequently, it is comprised of a whole lot of managers and not a lot of people that actually do anything.
