Pros

AT&T has a diverse portfolio of products and services that are key to the everyday lives of most of the country and the world. There's opportunities to make a meaningful impact on both the macro and micro scale, if you go looking for them. I appreciate that the pandemic has caused a lot of leaders to rethink workplace flexibility, and that many are far more open to flexible work options than before.

Cons

It seems like every company has a mentality of "we need to move faster". A large company has more inertia and is going to struggle more than a small one to do this; different parts of the company are going to accelerate at different rates, and that can be extremely stressful for anyone caught in the middle.
