Pros

A lot of opportunities to learn and grow. TDP’s are consultants for the company as a whole. Cheap labor for some of these projects. Take advantage of nano degrees you can choose the career path you go on.

Cons

Some projects are boring. Older company with old tech. Must advocate for self and do side projects i got to work on pebble beach golf project

Pros

Good benefits, nice bonuses, have had several great bosses

Cons

Upper leadership has no clue in direction. Are we a telecommunications provider, a video company like Netflix. Etc.

Pros

-It is a place where you can learn tech skills & get paid while doing it - you are basically a consultant for the company providing your tech skills - great salary coming out of college living in the south -tuition reimbursement

Cons

-must be a self starter as projects to work on can be slow - 3 day hybrid model - few cutting edge projects must be willing to step outside of team to find cool projects
