      Pros

      Benefits are great, including parental leave. Staff are hard working and collaborative.

      Cons

      Shift to in office work is removing the flexibility that made the company great. Workload is heavy, with a lot of criticism but minimal praise.

      Employees are nice and easy to work with, good building and opportunities.

      Cons

      benefits are lacking, pay could be better, no paid maternity leave just through short term disability at 60% of your pay. They could do more for their employees
