We encourage and provide an environment where employees can interact with anyone in the organization including the leadership team and CEO. Having said that, we have multiple one-on-one and Skip meetings to align every individual to share/take feedbacks, bringing transparency at every level. Group level feedback and floor connects are other method to take overall feedback, all of it covers the 360-degree feedback. But your point is well taken and will make necessary amendment to make it better in future.
