I am working in ATCS from last 2 years, Great learning opportunity, work environment and team support. Once you join the organization, you see the difference. Transparent policies.

Cons

More conference room needed for better meeting scheduling, as we are now having more spaces for meeting, but this is very management has to be involve and think.
