Pros

Substantial growth during COVID which made me feel secure even though I got hired during the pandemic. Very welcoming group in Montvale. Work is interesting and you are always learning.

Cons

Rapid growth has cause some difficulties with training. There’s no set process, so you have to figure out a lot on your own. However, everyone is willing to help, so it was never a problem asking someone how to do something.

Not many options to seek help, guidance from colleagues. Most of the time you are on your own.

Having said that, we have multiple one-on-one and Skip meetings to align every individual to share/take feedbacks, bringing transparency at every level. Group level feedback and floor connects are other method to take overall feedback, all of it covers the 360-degree feedback. It would be great if you can reach out with more details about inter-management issues to help us further enhance our organization.
