Pros

I feel so fortunate be coming up on 4 years here with ATCS. The company culture and it's four pillars is what brought me here, and continue to keep me here.

Cons

Our work in Emergency Management can be episodic and frequently changes. We continue to find the right staffing level, as we wait for the new work to come.

Maybe confusing that the senior management changed while I was there, but was seamless on my end. No real negatives.
