The work at ATCS is interesting, the leaders are very invested in helping others learn and grow and overall there is a great culture. They have some good program for interns and those just starting their career so they can learn quickly. Good benefits, especially PTO and community leave.

Cons

It can be really busy but I appreciate that there is plenty of work.

Pros

CEO makes himself available to all staff. Has lunch zoom calls that all employees can join and ask his anything. CEO takes the time to learn all employee's names The offices are very nice Most staff are very friendly and welcome new hires to the company

Cons

Benefits are very expensive The expectation is overtime is expected. There are challenges in getting what is needed to get the job done. Very high turnover
