Flexible-ish schedule, overtime, company vehicle and gas card. Coworkers are nice and friendly and care about each other.

Cons

Some management can't actually manage. Only care about the bigger city jobs.

Great work community. Positive attitudes throughout office. Above average pay. Growing company, with a bright future. A place to grow.

Cons

The civil department, although existed, was not fully developed within the Herndon office. Could have provided better training on software.

Excellent company full of incredibly intelligent leaders. The four "pillars" (Client, Community, Employee, and Company) are more than just a slogan, they are meaningful elements of working with ATCS.

Cons

Heavily driven by utilization and maximizing billable hours making it difficult for employees to feel able to engage in other company initiatives.
