Great environment with amazing people and leadership!
Pros
The people are the best part of working at ATCS! I have had nothing but positive interactions with all of my coworkers as well as with leadership. The owners of the company are very tuned in to the employees ideas and feedback. They are also always free to just chat if you want to talk about anything, and love connecting with everyone in the company. They offer a very flexible schedule with remote and hybrid options!
Cons
While this is already being addressed, I think if leadership took some more time to learn about the new generation of workers and the big changes everyone wants to see, it could be very beneficial! They are already working hard to do this, but it may be helpful to have some input from people not in leadership roles to help understand and make a truly positive impact.
