Flexible-ish schedule, overtime, company vehicle and gas card. Coworkers are nice and friendly and care about each other.

Cons

Some management can't actually manage. Only care about the bigger city jobs.

The civil department, although existed, was not fully developed within the Herndon office. Could have provided better training on software.
