A good firm, very dedicated to doing well for clients, employees, and community. A small-mid size company with a surprisingly diverse contract and client base. Great reputation among clients and partners. Strong career growth potential. One of the top tier firms in mid-Atlantic.

Cons

Like many growing firms, and one that began as an engineering company, it has to play catch-up on human resourcing and technological infrastructures.
