Cons
- Software used for time sheets and entering odo readings for mileage logs which are required to be submitted weekly is unbelievably tedious and overcomplicated. -Everything is controlled and requires an approval process. You can't change ph settings, download or update software on your laptop, or install an app on the ph. or ipad without submitting a ticket requesting permission. -While they do provide a truck and fuel card you are strictly prohibited from using it in any way personal. Can't even transport your kid to school on your way to work. Vehicles are tracked real time by GPS 24x7 and reviewed for travel speeds, time and locations, routes traveled, engine idle time. GPS miles are compared to odo miles that you still have to log and enter. - There is a lot of information withholding and or convenient failures to communicate between management and field staff - You are expected to trust them without any expectation they will trust you.
