If you're into theatre, you get to see some shows Some nice other foh staff

Cons

So much work in the theatre for such little pay The cinema is so depressing, no one comes in and there's nothing to do Horrible small break room The CEMs were okay but no one above them knows how to run a theatre, crazy decisions Blame for everything went to supervisors and FOH, who were really stretched from understaffing

Colleagues are friendly, but management have been quite stressed of late. There is also room to progress

Cons

Wage is fairly low for the amount of work that is being put in by staff members. Progression comes with a very small pay rise.
