There are so many different roles within the company and so many fantastic connections to gain. Always something exciting to be a part of and all training is provided. The opportunities are endless! Great social life and atmosphere.

Cons

Sometimes some things are focused on more than others, but it is all a learning curve for managers and employees to keep with the times.

- Flexible Hours - Great team of staff who wanted to make a difference. - Occasional Complimentary tickets.

Cons

- Poor Leadership - In the time I spent at my venue we went through over 5 managers, all of which were useless and should have never been hired into the role. The company does not want anyone with initiative or their own thoughts but simple a Yes man who will listen to and agree with what the Area Manager wants. - The company strongly encouraged staff to up-sell and sell packages to customers that were actually a worse-deal than if the customer bought the items separately. - Even management were hired in on 0 hour contracts to keep costs down and make all staff dispensable
