      Pros

      Some nice people. I actually enjoy my job.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY LOW PAY when compared to average compensation in my field. At the same time executive compensation is outrageously high. Several employees have been totally mistreated; fired without cause, given unreasonable options when there are changes in HR needs. Total lack of long-term HR goals. No opportunities for advancement. No comp time for any overtime worked.

      Once great place, now with incompetent management

      Pros

      There used to be a long list. Unfortunately it has been eroded to not much. Still many of the people in non management roles are great. Very good benefits.

      Cons

      Incompetent leadership. They have been on low end of industry pay for years but there was no micromanagement, solid leadership and it was a fun place to work. All of the positives have been stripped but the pay is still some of the lowest in the industry relative to its competitors.
