Pros
Met and worked with some good people. Pay and benefits were comparable with the industry in this area. Company was actually willing to spend money when needed.
Cons
Senior Management was completely incompetent. Had no idea about the industry that the company was in. Lied repeatedly to local managers, telling them what they thought they wanted to hear, making promises that were never kept. Due to their own lack of knowledge, they listened to one member of middle management who had personal agendas of his own that he put first. Terrified of hourly employees so they didn't want anyone held accountable for anything. I was never so glad to leave a company and a situation as I was when I left here.
