Some nice people. I actually enjoy my job.

Cons

EXTREMELY LOW PAY when compared to average compensation in my field. At the same time executive compensation is outrageously high. Several employees have been totally mistreated; fired without cause, given unreasonable options when there are changes in HR needs. Total lack of long-term HR goals. No opportunities for advancement. No comp time for any overtime worked.
