It is a terrible company. Run. No leadership. No management. HR is vindictive. Leadership over promise and under deliver. No consensus. Greedy and incompetent.

Nice teamwork, growing company, close commute, good benefits, paid vacation, paid 10 holidays 40 hours of sick days, 3 personal days,flexibility, good management,new things to learn, I have the opportunity to work with Latin customers, opportunity to travel once a year or sometimes more!

Cons

Vacation time it is just 2 weeks, salary is low, maternity leave is not paid, short term disability just pay 66% of your salary, factory is in India so communication is difficult at times, work extra hours!
