I have been working with Ameritech Global for over 3 years. I have had good experience with the company. The scope for personal growth is high. I have had my paycheck amounts increased every year and the increase has been very satisfactory. The company also offers good incentives and takes responsibility to any costs incured as part of the job. It has been a good experience with Ameritech Global and wish to keep it going. I have been working with Ameitech Global Inc for more than 3 years. I am still with them and I will be with them. Best Salary: As a consultant, fore most things that we look for are the best rate/salary, transparency about billing rates from middle vendors, and timely payroll cycle. You can get all of those here without compromising on any one. I didn’t ever have a problem with my salary and I didn’t even hear any of other Ameritech employees complaining about their salary (billing rates). Marketing and technologies: Marketing plays a vital role in getting you placed and keeping you less time on bench. Ameritech Global got an excellent marketing staff. I haven’t ever been on bench for more than two weeks. Since Ameritech Global offers disparate technologies like Middleware (IMB Websphere Message Queue (WMQ), Websphere message Broker (WMB), and Websphere Application Server (WAS)), JAVA, .NET, TESTING, validation and others, employees are getting plenty of opportunities. Guidance in choosing the right technologies: Ameritech Global technical recruitment specialists are so amiable in nature. They listen to you and suggest the best technology that fits your area of interest (especially for CPT and OPT students). Unlike other consultancies, they don’t force you to get into the technologies that they are most comfortable in. I can see their professionalism here by not doing like any other consultancies. Immigration process – H1b and GC: I hear from lot of my friends about immigration difficulties that they have with other consultancies. But with Ameritech Global, immigration department staff is vigilant enough to initiate H1B filing & extensions, prompt response to any H1B quires and Green card processing. For CPT and OPT students: With my personal experience as a CPT and OPT student with Ameritech Global was an amazing experience. I cannot expect more than whatever the support and service that they provided me over that time. As a student, I was in a chaotic situation in choosing the right technology. They helped me in choosing the best technology that fits in for me. And they paid me the best salary that a CPT and OPT student ever get from any other consultancy. Overall, I give 5 start rating for this company and I would highly recommend any one (especially for CPT and OPT students as they offer the best salary than any other consultancies) joining Ameritech Global Inc.
