      Pros

      met great friends here, they make the job a bit bearable.

      Cons

      the higher ups (STL and up) are all very political. Job desc can vary from a - z, STL always giving tasks outside our scope and expects us to just take it. None of our concerns are listened. Always giving feedback and none of them are constructive. I had the worst time and experience with one of the STL in this company. I doubt this person even knows there.
