      Pros

      -They can afford to pay you slightly higher than market average. -You can earn more if your team has overnight/overtime tasks. -Very 9-5 friendly.

      Cons

      -Office politics. -Hard to advance your career. -Want to be promoted? Be a YES-man! -Too hierarchical. -No transparency within organizations. -Extremely lenient for management to issue SP as the company is so obsessed with this so called "Company Culture" -Micromanagement.

      Pros

      If you are a fresh graduate or looking for a stepping stone, then this company is the right place for you. The salary offered is competitive with the market rate and in some cases can even exceed it (depending on negotiations with HR).

      Cons

      If you have been working here for more than 3 years, brace yourself for a stagnant career as the company does not offer a good career path. However, if you are good at pleasing your superiors, you can still strive for advancement. Don't be surprised if someday your salary is surpassed by a new graduate, even though you have been dedicated for years.

      - Good Starting Salary for FG - Office accessibility with various public transport

      Cons

      The only thing that cames to my mind is how toxic the Team Leaders and its coworkers are, especially in my team, Masking Team. My Team Leader are generally toxic person, dishonest, client-oriented and not transparent when it comes to making decision, taking everything you do for granted. Mostly they viewed you for no other than object, not as a fully person. Beware for anyone who still value his/her mental health
