most of the teammates here are young, we are creating fun work environment by ourselves making it easily to adapt in the environment.

they keep mentioning “employee index of happiness” but the only employees they care about is senior team leader upwards.

- Strategic location, easily accessible by all means of public transportations - Friendly and helpful teammates - Work From Home (WFH) during covid pandemic session

Cons

- Incompetent/Unskillful leaders in my division, bossy, arrogant and has bad attitude all around, making my workplace looks uncomfortable. Other than that, sometimes workload bit too much and you will have no career progression
