Good pay. Safety is a priority. There are plenty of opportunities for professional growth. A culture shift is occurring within the company and it is exciting to be a part of it.

Cons

Formal training doesn't really exist.

Pros

Good pay + benefits, knowledgeable employees. I had a great manager that was very helpful and did what he could to help me grow within the company. This was not the case for everyone though.

Cons

Definitely an old school mentality. If something goes wrong, a lot of focus is placed on determining who is responsible instead of working on solutions. I was accused several times of being responsible for mistakes that were not mine. This made for a very stressful work environment at times.
