Pros
Friendly people to work with, good hours, overtime-friendly, good management, good location, good and calm atmosphere.
Cons
Weak and unnecessary employee union (Untied Steel Workers). Depending on the department you work in, it might be mandatory 6 days a week, or it might be 12 hour shifts with forced days in if someone on another shift is off for the day for a personal reason. Personally, this is not a con for me because I enjoy my work and overtime, but for some it might be an issue.
