      Good Place to Work but struggles with change

      Pros

      Had a great 401k contribution pre-COVID. Profit share was great as well. Company works with incredible equipment and machinery. Nice people to work with and long history of surviving downturns.

      Cons

      Strongly entrenched culture can make change a challenge. Leadership appears to forget that information can flow in two directions. COVID has put the immediate future for aerospace into a scary place.

      Genuine focus on safety and we've made real progress in this area. Exciting industries we play in even when the work is not always exciting.

      Cons

      Rigid culture. Slow to adapt to WFH and strict on scheduling. Bad location.
