      Pros

      ATI is a great place to be in 2019. While a very established company, the Aerospace ramp combined with an evolving executive team makes this feel like a ground floor opportunity. The company is open to change and is a great place for mid-career talent to come in and have a meaningful impact. Now is the time to help shape the future of this growing company.

      Pros

      I haven't been with the company long. As a matter a fact, ATI just sold to CPP. I love my job and the hours I work. I have done this job before at another company and I have to say I love doing it more here. Safety is huge and that is big for me. Great wages and steady work makes it worth going to work every day.

      Cons

      I have heard nothing but bad things about ATI since I have started. I dont feed into the negativity but..... I have not had a good experience with management and the orientation does not cover very important policies. Needs work.
