Pros

For being an enterprise-size company, ATI seems to care about its employees like a smaller, more personal company. The healthcare benefits are good, and the 401k contribution is outstanding.

Cons

There have recently been a lot of changes in the leadership, from the bottom all the way to the CEO. While I mostly like the direction things seem to be headed, I fear that the current leadership may be less people-focused in a way that could hurt the "family" feeling culture.
