      Pros

      Pay, solid benefits, semi flexible work schedule. I enjoy working with almost all of my coworkers and immediate management and Leadership

      Cons

      Being part of a large Corporation has drawbacks especially when it comes to production demands. I don’t really want to write anymore in this category

      Pros

      When I first started at ATI I thought there was lots of room for advancement, good pay, benefits, pretty much a great place to work. During my four years at ATI they proved they are nothing like I thought. Things within the organization would happen that I thought was unprofessional. From work/life balance, they have no problem working you 60 hours a week as a salaried employee making it mandatory, to people being let go because they didn't play the "Good old boy" game.

      Cons

      Their false sense of stability. They make you think all is well in the communication meetings and then all of the sudden the bottom falls out.
